I read a quote the other week from a very non-mystical source. It was from the corporate business side of the world of all places, one I seldom resonate with or find interesting. However, Steven Bartlett, a wizzy rich entrepreneurial man, posted a meme on his Instagram, click here for the actual post. Only a few words but they struck me deeply because I used to struggle with this issue in my life badly. I figured many of you will have too, so I hope this quote helps.

He posted:

Simple but mighty, wouldn't you agree?

I can't tell you how many times I have done this. It was barely a conscious choice, more an automatic reaction. Each time I rose to my inner conflict, it was guaranteed I would make myself look like a complete arse (ARSE, FOOL, DESPERATE all the cringy stuff aha). This only feeds the 'you still are not worth enough wolf' and around we go on the stupid cycle again. My Goddess, it is an exhausting way to live until you wake up one day, the truth dawns and think fuck this.

I now know better, I'm glad to say. Like many issues, once you become aware the problem dissolves on its own and then you realise I am the worth. I am the priority. I AM the fucking table. What DO YOU bring to me?

Remember the world in which you live is all but a mirror of your mind.
