The Moon Telegram Questions

The Moon Telegrams gives people the perfect opportunity to bring magic into their own lives.

Anyone in the world can join.

The letter is sent out every month by Royal Mail. We aim for you to receive it on the new moon so the date will change each month in accordance with the lunar cycle. However, we all know what the postage system can be like, so be prepared that it may arrive a few days either side of the new moon date.

Although Annaliese would like to hand write every letter this just isn’t possible but she does personally create and type every one. 

Digital telegrams are emailed using a parchment paper template and contain no gift for obvious reasons.

Paper telegrams are printed on vintage paper and posted to you along with your gift in a vintage envelope. Annaliese's signature is handwritten.

Your small gift may be anything from a bookish item, a pin badge, a charm, or something else really cool. It will fit in the envelope though and be legal.

Whilst the content of your letter will vary month to month, it will always be part educational on the endless supernatural topics and part inspirational.

Examples of supernatural topics include real vampire information, psychic readings, ghosts, wand making, candle magic, signs from the cosmos, symbology, intuition, mermaids, witchy life, Egyptian magic, ancient secrets and 

Absolutely. The great thing about letters is you can keep them and store them easily. As time goes by, and the back catalog of letters grows, you will be able to purchase the archives in part or in full to add to your collection.

Yes and please do, These make a great and comforting gift. When signing up all you need to do is put the details of the person you are gifting it to into the shipping details and relevant box.  

Your first letter will be sent in tme for the next new moon following your purchase.

We really hope so and you can take advantage of the one month only option if you are unsure. The information written will always be accurate, intriguing, helpful and interesting but we can’t guarantee it will be on your favorite topic or about your particular life quandary and wonders.

You may submit via email a supernatural topic you’d like to know more about or a life area you need help with, which Annaliese may answer generally in one of her Moon Telegrams to the collective. No. If you wish to purchase another year you will have to do this manually.

Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time if you decide you don’t want to receive any more Moon Telegrams within the year but please be aware no refunds will be given.

If you sign up but then change your mind within 14 days we will happily refund you minus any costs we have incurred processing your subscription.

Unless it’s within the first 14 days of joining and you cancel then no. NO refunds. 

Yes a shipping address can easily be changed please email the information to hello@annaliesemorgan.com  with your current name and address plus new address and any other details.

We are not privy to nor store any payment details as these are all securely handled by Stripe.  All other details such as those used for newsletters all comply with GDPR practices.
